By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully before creating an account or subscribing to any plan.

1. Use of the Website

  1. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use our website or subscribe to our services.
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. 
  3. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and subscription process. 
  4. You may not use our website for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to infringing on intellectual property rights, transmitting harmful code, or engaging in any activity that disrupts the website's operation.

2. Account and Subscription Validity

  1. Your access to the practice tests on this website is tied to your active subscription plan. 
  2. Basic Plan: If you are on a Basic Plan, your access to the practice tests will expire 14 days from the date of subscription activation. 
  3. Other Plans: For all other subscription plans, your access to the practice tests will expire 30 days from the date of subscription activation. 
  4. It is your sole responsibility to complete all desired practice tests within your plan's respective expiry period. We will not provide extensions, re-activations, or refunds for tests not completed by the expiry date.

3. Test Usage Policy

  1. Single Attempt Per Test: Each practice test available on the platform is designed for a single attempt only. Once you initiate a test, it is considered used and will be marked as such in your account. 
  2. No Re-attempts After Interruption: If you close the test window, navigate away from the test page, or experience any disruption during a test (e.g., internet disconnection, browser crash, device power-off), you will not be able to retake that specific test. The system will mark it as completed or attempted, and you will lose your opportunity to take it again. We strongly advise users to ensure a stable internet connection and a conducive environment before beginning any practice test to avoid such interruptions.

4. Content Information and Accuracy

  1. We strive to provide accurate and relevant practice test content, questions, and explanations. However, we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or suitability of such information for the actual JFT-Basic Japan Foundation Test. 
  2. The content provided is for practice purposes only and should not be considered an official or guaranteed representation of the actual exam.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

  1. By subscribing to a plan on our website, you are making an offer to purchase access to the selected practice tests. 
  2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any subscription for any reason, including but not limited to errors in pricing or plan information, or suspected fraudulent activity. 
  3. You agree to provide valid and up-to-date payment information and authorize us to charge the total subscription amount, including applicable taxes, to your chosen payment method. 
  4. We use trusted third-party payment processors to handle your payment information securely. We do not store or have direct access to your full payment details.

6. Refunds

  1. Given the digital nature of our services and the immediate access provided upon subscription, all sales are final, and we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription plan has been activated. 
  2. In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered solely at our discretion. However, no refunds will be issued for tests not completed by their respective expiry dates or due to a user's failure to complete a test after an interruption (as detailed in Section 3.b).

7. Intellectual Property

  1. All content and materials on our website, including but not limited to practice tests, questions, explanations, text, images, logos, and graphics, are protected by intellectual property rights and are the property of [Your JFT Practice Website Name] or its licensors. 
  2. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from our website without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

  1. The website and its content are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 
  2. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the site.

9. Limitation of Liability

  1. In no event shall JFTmock.com, its owners, directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website, your subscription to, or inability to use our services, or the purchase and use of our practice tests. 
  2. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Amendments and Termination

  2. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the website after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
