1. No Payment Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our services, which provide immediate access to our online practice tests upon subscription activation, we generally do not offer refunds for any subscription payments made.

This policy is in place because:

• Access to our test content is granted instantly upon successful payment.
• Our subscription plans have clearly defined expiry periods (14 days for Basic, 30 days for Other Plans), as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to utilize the tests within this validity period.
• Each practice test is designed for a single attempt, and we cannot reinstate a test attempt once it has been started or interrupted, as detailed in our Terms and Conditions.

2. Exceptions (Strictly at Our Discretion)

In extremely rare circumstances, such as a confirmed and irreparable technical error on our part that completely prevents you from accessing or using the subscribed service and cannot be resolved by our support team, we may, at our sole discretion, consider an appropriate resolution. Such resolutions would be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and do not guarantee a refund.
